Graduate Learning Outcomes

The formulation of Graduate Learning Outcomes (PLO) for the BAP Program at the Universitas Jember is aligned with the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) Level 6, which is:

1. Able to apply agricultural food science expertise and utilize technology, science, and art in solving food-related problems, while also being adaptable to the situations encountered.

2. Proficient in the theoretical concepts of agricultural food science in general and deep knowledge of specific concepts in food technology, and capable of formulating procedural solutions in food technology.

3. Capable of making informed decisions based on information and data analysis and providing guidance in independently and collaboratively selecting various alternative solutions to address food technology issues.

4. Responsible for own work and can be entrusted with organizational achievements based on agricultural food technology.

The formulation of the BAP Program PLO also refers to the SN-Dikti and the Competency Standards for graduates in agricultural food technology established by the professional associations PATPI and IFT.
